RECRUITMENT
Each candidate is treated individually and provided with professional services. Experience in working abroad, knowledge of English, German and Dutch, driving licence cat B, availability and good manners may give job seekers an advantage. It is also important for our candidates to be trustworthy and motivated. Those applicants who meet these criteria can certainly expect a successful career in the Netherlands.
The recruitment stages are as follows:
- Filling in the REGISTRATION FORM (available on our website).
- Personal visit to our office – to provide the necessary registration documents (please note, however, that this does not guarantee employment!).
- Offer selection (the length of the waiting period depends on the candidate’s abilities and the availability of vacancies).
- Final meeting – held after a suitable job has been selected, just before leaving for work. Its purpose is for the candidate to sign the documents necessary to take up employment in the Netherlands through our agency.
